Zero WW POINTS STIR FRY SPANISH CHICKEN AND VEGGIES, low calorie, super easy

Low calorie, zero points, super easy spicy chicken stir fry. High in protein. Serves 4, zero points per serving.
INGREDIENTS:
🔶2 cups of diced frozen chicken breast nuggets, or dice up a large chicken breast
🔶1 can of RoTel Hot or Original canned tomatoes 11 1/2 oz size
🔶1/2 chopped onion
🔶1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
🔶4-5 broccoli spears
🔶1/2 cup chopped carrots
🔶1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
🔶1 chopped green bell pepper
🔶1/2 can of drained canned corn
🔹sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, plus garlic salt, add minced garlic if you have it.
Use a large skillet, spray lightly with a non stick spray or a little bit of olive oil. Cook and brown the chicken nuggets, turning often until done. Then add the vegetables and cook together, stirring around for around 5 minutes on medium to high heat. Add the RoTel tomatoes and stir, add some garlic salt or minced garlic if you like. Cook for around 5 more minutes. Enjoy!
