  • Thank you for the great review, I’m going to try the peanut butter! And our gas in New Jersey is pumped for us with no tipping! 😁

  • The cinnamon flavor has made me sick. Burping, bloating, heartburn and indigestion. Never again. Gross and crazy expensive.

  • I bought two two packs at costco, ate a bowl of each flavor and fed the rest to the magpies. Pretty bad stuff JMHO.

  • Pure garbage. No flavor. Ruined the milk.

  • Thank you so much for these reviews.
I found another review y’all did a couple months ago and it was super helpful. Searched this cereal and was glad to see y’all reviewed these too.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  • Peanut butter is always sold out where I am!

  • Yeah I went to NJ and they wouldn't let us pump… nah u don't have to tip… and the cereal is disgusting in my opinion. I purchased the cinnamon flavor and it definitely reminds me of paper and styrofoam. I will not be purchasing again.

  • Change your battery in your smoke detector please and also if you notice on the side of the box it says 16 g of carbs per serving but they try to trick you and on the front of the box it says 3 g of carbs but look on the side of the box

  • I will have to try that cereal, I eat the catalina couch ones now.

  • In Oregon you can’t pump your own gas unless it’s in a rural area. We don’t tip… (at least not me) lol

  • I don’t understand enough about keto calculations to understand the 3 net carbs. After deducting fiber and sugar alcohols, its 7, I thought.

  • I ate it with Vanilla Almond Milk and Cream.

  • I bought/tried the cinnamon flavor last night and it was HORRIBLE lol it's a taste I can't describe. Just a small background on my tastes/preference; I'm not a sugar junkie, so the lack of sugar isn't what threw me off…I actually like plain cereal like shredded wheat (the OG stuff, not frosted), plain Spc K, etc. In addition to the cereal being terrible, that small box was almost seven dollars… I wondered if maybe the peanut butter or chocolate would be better, but this stuff literally left a bad taste in my mouth.

  • You guys nailed this review. I just tried this cereal today before I found your channel, and your review is spot on.

  • Thanks for the review. I'd actually picked up the two boxes (choc and cinn) yesterday available in nearby Walmart. I ate some of the chocolate (dry) and thought them pretty good. I really want some peanut butter. The only lower carb cereal I'd ever eaten was Smaps. Taste was ok but texture was not. These are not as clean as we'd like, but not the staple eggs are. Great for 1 or 2 servings a week. For the $$$ ($7 vs $12+), these cereals are WINNERS for me.

  • I'm in New Jersey, you get spoiled not having to pump your own gas. You don't have to tip the gas attendant, but if I get gas around Christmas time sometimes I will. I'm from California and when i moved to New Jersey I got yelled at for trying to pump my own gas lol. My husband is from New Jersey and I've had to teach him to pump gas in other states lol

  • Thank you Tami and Kevin.

  • I have been doing a Ketogenic diet since 2011, and yea this would be "Keto Approved" 😊 as long as the Net Carbs fit in the daily amount allocated. Usually 25g – 30g per day of Net Carbs for me in a day. If someone were doing "Clean Keto" this product would not work for them. They only eat meat and veggies.

  • Sam

Lived in NJ my whole life, you don't tip the gas attendant, we're just spoiled lol!

  • Hmmm 🤔 interesting….

  • Yes, a month ago my friends and I drove in to a gas station in NJ. My friend stoped the car and just sat and waiting. I told him why you don't go outside? he said need to wait for the person who in charge for the pump. It was shocking to me too! haha (My friend doesn't tip for the pump) I thought NJ being weird, but there's a reason for it! I did no know that. Thanks 😀

  • Yay for keto product reviews! I always watch your videos even though I can't eat what you're showing but this I can do! 🙂

  • cinnamon and chocolate would be nice i never tried keto food so it’s new to me 😬

  • I remember when I was a little girl, there used to be a self service and full service gas pumps and they just disappeared.

  • My aunt is from New Jersey… she used to complain that our (Pennsylvania) gas prices were more expensive and you had to pump it yourself… when I go to full service I always tip…

Mix the pb snd chocolate… ? I would never pay $7 for a box of cereal…

  • "I got it one piece at a time and it didn't cost me a dime. You'll know it's me when I come through your town. I'm gonna drive around in style. I'm gonna drive everybody wild. "Cause I'll have the only one there is around." The great Johnny Cash. I like Peanuts but I'm not paying $7 for a box of cereal EVER. I'll buy a freakin jar of peanuts. My Grandparents, my Dad and Mom, even my Aunts and Uncles never tipped attendant's for washing the windshield or filling the tank. Never once. None of my friend's parents ever did either when I would ride with them and they would stop. Seeing the idiots around here gassing up with a lit cigarette dangling from their mouths maybe Milwaukee should institute that law as well. The holes in the pots are for inserting your cooking utensils(as long as it doesn't have a thick handle) like a wooden spoon. Say you stir spaghetti sauce. Place the spoon handle in the hole so the spoon part hovers over the contents. Excess sauce will drip back into the pot instead of your counter.

  • Awesome review! I am starting Keto again tomorrow and saw you posted the review and clicked so fast! I saw these in your grocery hauls and have been waiting for the review, I don’t wanna pay $7 for a box of cereal ($14 at least because I’d buy the chocolate and peanut butter both and mix them!) if it isn’t worth it!
Keto Connect did a short review on this and they said macros arnt too bad at all!! And now, even if I don’t buy the cereal I have to look for the box to find out why pots have a hole in the handle☺️😉!

  • Keto Cereal ahhh NO! Going to try to find your video on Kevin and the Kashi cereal so I can see his reaction LOL.

  • This is great that there is keto cereal in a store now! Thanks for the review!

  • $6.98?! For cereal? They should at least fill the box up more.

  • There are natural sweetener which can be used such as monk fruit or stevia and there’s no issues in adding these to the cereals in the same way you’d sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar over it.

  • I’ve seen these reviewed on a Keto channel and they sound great especially now that a mainstream manufacturer is making them. The ingredients look good and the polyunsaturated fats are so small in quantity that I’d try this. This is definitely something I’d buy in 🇬🇧, even though I’m not a cereal person it’s nice to have the choice and to have something different. Thanks for the review.

  • It’s so awesome we can buy keto cereals, as well as other keto-style foods, in regular stores now. Even if more pricey, it is cheaper in the long run as with every store we have to shop at to get our foods, is a temptation to buy more than what we need. In my experience, anyway! I would pair this with an unsweetened almond milk to keep carbs lower. To have choices is part of the American Dream! Thanks for reviewing, sometimes we just need cereal!

  • I'm glad these are good enough being a keto cereal. I was hoping general mills would make sure they put something good out. I might try only one though if I find them because it's pricy. I don't do keto, (my mom does) but I'm interested in the amount of protein. And yes, in NJ we don't pump our gas! I actually got gas yesterday lol, it's great. And no, you never tip! I never have thought of that at all.

  • Still is that way in New Jersey and some parts of New York. I don't mind it because during winter you don't have to get out of your car to pump gas.

  • I got yelled at trying to fill up for the first time in New Jersey. And I didn't tip😅

  • When I drove through Oregon on my way to Washington state, the first gas station after crossing into Oregon from California did not let me pump my gas own either. The one guy working the pumps told me I couldn't, so I had to wait for him to fill my tank.

  • Thanks for a great review. I’m sure people on Keto will be very happy to have cereal in their diets.
Appreciate you giving these a try.
    Enjoy your weekend.

  • would you try the almond butter puffs from trader joes?

  • Yall should try the “ Sabrositos” snacks I used to have them all the time !

  • This is probably the first time I’ve ever seen cholesterol in cereal sans milk, haha!! At first I thought you were going to say you bought them one at a time bc the price. Crazy!!
