i usually have a bowl of soy milk , 30grams of oat , 1/2 tablespoons of sessame seeds and 1 tablespoon of quinoa
i have my oatmeal with 3 or 4 pitted dates and half a tablespoon of peanut butter, also use frozen berries, almonds, and raising on some occasions or if im feeling it i might combine all the above with a bannana. Gotta love oats so versatile
