(1) I am NOT an expert in nutrition. I'm just obsessed. Take my advice at your own risk.
(2) "I won't be taking any supplements" – I meant weight-LOSS supplements. The creatine/protein is for weight GAIN.
(3) I'm actually not in a weight-loss phase right now. I'm at maintenance. This is just an example of how I would eat for weight loss.
(4) All Calorie calculations are inaccurate. BW x 15 works for me, but with less activity or less muscle mass, you’ll expect more like BW x 12. The only way to really know is to track your Calories and see what happens to your weight.

I ran the extra mile and tried your insane mix and… I agree, siracha and mustard is an absolute game changer!!! I used dijon mustard though, that is a bit more hot than the Heinz brand, check it out
