It’s a new week and that means new goals! Today I wanted to start something with you guys. Do you think we can all get together and inspire one and other to live a more healthy and fit lifestyle, let me know in the comments below if you guys are in!
I wanted to give us all a little bit of inspiration to get going with our healthier lifestyles by making a food video inspired by one of my favorite vegetables, sweet potatoes! Besides the yummy taste, the sweet potato has amazing health benefits! It is full of Vitamins (A,B, & C), it’s GREAT for your skin because it helps produce collagen, and it’s also low in calories! It’s a great vegetable to use in your meals to help you lose weight while you are getting into shape!
For this video I filmed a dinner recipe and also a breakfast meal with pretty much the SAME ingredients. It’s #teambreakfast vs #teamdinner which team are you on? Coming from Europe we try our very best to not waste any food so this is the perfect leftover meal for you to eat the day after! Just so everyone knows this is NOT the only thing I eat in a day, it’s just another recipe that I make to go along with my other meals!
So I have a question for you guys, I have been filming “What I Eat in a Day” videos with a lot of different recipes, but I was thinking maybe it could be fun to film a video on exactly what I eat in a day, BREAKFAST, LUNCH, & DINNER? Ingredients Lunch/ Dinner Stuffed Sweet potatoes ( 2 pers)
– 2 Sweet potatoes
– 1 ½ Cup cooked Quinoa
– 1 cup baby spinach
– 1 cup pecan nuts
– 2lb Chicken breast
– Olive oil
– Coconut oil
– Maple Syrup
– Pinch of pepper and salt
Ingredients Breakfast Sweet Potato Bowl:
– 1 cup mashed Sweet Potato
– 1 cup Cashew yoghurt ( You can also use normal Yoghurt, Greek/Soy/Almond whatever you like )
– 1 cup Pomegranate
– 1 cup homemade Granola ( see here recipe: )
– Dried coconut
– Maple Syrup
