I quit coffee and caffeine leading up to a major deadline at work (where success was uncertain). Doing the most overtime I'd done through the entire project (I worked 29 days out of the month) and the average work week was 60-70 hours. I was almost certain I wouldn't be able to do it, but I pushed through because things started to change, and low and behold, my sleep improved, my energy levels improved, and my stress and anxiety left me entirely. Now I've almost been caffeine free for 3 weeks, and my energy levels are starting to come back above where they were even when I was drinking coffee. So maybe not what you wanted to hear (I also love coffee), but cut the coffee and I can guarantee you will feel better.
And today on shallow east coast cuts.
This was aweful. 90% of the video spent complaining. It's fine to be upset or stressed but you've just spent your whole time convincing yourself that your life is stressful. Perspective my dear!

It would be great if you make multiple videos with high protein healthy vegan meals for a whole day. I prefer recipes over vlogs. It's very hard to plan high protein vegan meals for the whole day that will help with building muscle. I personally struggle with this a lot. So, I definitely appreciate it whenever I find videos that help me plan to get the protein and nutrition I need throughout the day in order to build muscle on a vegan diet.
I wish you'd talked about amounts as well!

I wish there would be youtubers, who would show vegan lean protein sources for eating 160 g protein below 2000 kcal/day. I was vegan for 1.5 year, but after starting fat loss/muscle building training I begin to eat high protein fish and diary, just to meet my kcal and macro goal. I am sick of fish and not feeling proud, but I also want to reach my goal :/

Damn my vibes have been so similar, especially with my family and still being home. Australia amd America are expensive places to live, so combine that with life shit and it gets to us. We know better than to stress but when we are stuck in it ourselves we cant see a way out all the time.

Why does it say you got 60g protein from oats. my cronometer says 10g per cup. Also, I see that you are getting most of proteins from tofu. i understand that tofu is genetically modified and it increases estrogen in women. Can I get 80g of protein per day without tofu?
