Heres what I ate over two days.

Pear and Pomegranate Salsa

1 Pomegranate peeled and deseeded
1 pear – chopped into small cubes
1/4 red onion chopped finely
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 tbsp coriander chopped finely
Salt to taste

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add salt and lemon/lime to taste!
Enjoy!!

Mango Salsa

1 mango peeled and chopped into small cubes
1/2 red pepper chopped into small cubes
1/4 red onion chopped finely
1 big tablespoon of coriander chopped finely
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
Salt to taste

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Add salt and lemon/lime to taste!
