The holistic and psychological arguments are nice thought 😀 . I would actually like to see some results, with eating carbs for breakfast and carbs and fat for snacks. Where is the protein? 🙂 To loose weight, and especially fat,,,you need 1.8 grams of protein /body weight.

Also, my family is friends with another family who own a taco restaurant, and ever since I was really young, I've been eating there every friday, (We get a big discount), so should I stop? I think if I order beans, ground beef, lettuce, tomato, and cheese in a bowl it wouldn't be too terrible.
