Victoria's Secret Angels Flat Tummy Meal Plan (1200 Calorie)

Please READ this box for more info. The Victoria’s Secret Angels are not skinny, but fit and toned! Here’s a sample of their meal plan, favourite food and ingredients which they consume daily in order to be runway-ready. If you want to lose weight and have a flat tummy, follow this meal plan as Nutrition is 80% to your success. And add total body & core workouts for best result (which is the other 20%). Flat tummy takes lots of hard work, dedication and patience! It comes down to your food intake and exercises. So you must be willing to change your lifestyle if you want a flat tummy!

Remember this is a suggestion, adjust your calorie intake and portion sizes according to your body and activity level. All meals are interchangeable. So you can have dinner for breakfast, snack for lunch etc.

  • I've eaten this way for years and was a fitness trainer in the 1990s and I'll never look like a Victoria Secret Angel! In my dreams! Not tall enough and not thin enough. I'm not an ectomorph, am a cross between a mesomorph/endomorph and am still pretty fit despite having a mild form of MS which keeps me from working out like I use to! I've always been a size 12/14 which is the average size for many women and will never be a 2 or a 4, minus the 1's there! Genetics do play a part and I also have a large frame for someone my height around 5 Ft, 4 1/2 inches tall! Maybe in my next life I'll be 5 Ft. 9 inches tall, 110 pounds and a size 2/4! After giving birth to three kids, even at my optimum health as a fitness trainer, my weight was 150 pounds of muscle as muscle weighs more than fat. Thanks for sharing~

  • I eat too much and say what you say the fat is not moving so I went vegan and lost 5kg in 13 days eating soooo much food. now I want to reduce my calories and 1500 (BUT I WILL NOT COUNT CALORIES FOR VEGETABLES AND FRUITS )will do for me because 2k calories has done nothing good for me. low calories should not be followed for too long so I don't plan to be on it for too long.   • Carbs dont make you fat! I eat 80% whole plant based carbs. I am 120,5'6 1/2, eat 2500 a day lol. Carbs = fruit, good for you. No oils.
