A Healthy way to start our Day – Veggie Oats Porridge – Healthy, Low Calorie, Ideal for Weight Loss

Ingredients:
1. Oats – 25 Grams/ 1/4 Cup
2. Water – 250 ml or more
3. Salt – as needed
4. Chopped Garlic – a little
5. Veggies – as desired (I have added chopped Carrots and Peas)
6. Turmeric powder – a little
7. Cumin seeds – a few
8. Chopped Coriander leaves – a little
9. Crushed Black Pepper powder – as needed
