  • OH! Also, does anyone have any recommendations on finding MUCH smaller amounts of protein powder? I'm SUPER picky and I don't want to buy a huge $50-$80 (honestly I haven't looked at prices in over a year so I could be way off on those prices) tub of powder just to find out that I can't tolerate it halfway through the first serving.

  • Hi there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Just do a search engine search. On there you will discover that a great guidelines about how exactly you can lost a ton of weight. Why don't you give it a chance? perhaps it is going to work for you too.

  • The only problem was your overnight oats had no oats in them at all. There is a protein that you can get that is 30 g for 1 tablespoon and has no flavor I think it’s called Gen pro I’ll be honest it looks really boring the same food every day for every meal definitely need some variety

  • I think more veg would make keto a lot easier. I've read with some cruciferous veg the macros don't really need to be exact to still reap the benefits. and the benefits of higher veg consumption would drastically overtake the benefits of strict macros if you're a normal person (vs someone with an illness that may require stricter protocol). i can't say i didn't cringe a bit at the lack of fresh food here. other than that, super helpful!!! thank you 🙂

  • Just an idea, using an electric hand immersion blender would be less laborious and quicker in using that many eggs. Also, what kind of parmesan did you use? The green, plastic jar of prepared parm. cheese has wood shavings ground into it. You use processed 'protein' so I'm not sure about your cheese. Why not add spinach or kale to eggs to get your added protein? Or look to dif. veggies with high protein value instead of anything processed? The amt. of tofu used per serving should be included in directions since 1/2 c. serv = 1 carb. Written recipe would be good. The chia desert could have been pre-made while grocery shopping so we could have seen that set up for a meal. Almond 'milk' sold in a carton has about 5 almonds per carton (read the ingred. list), so we're buying flavored water, and crème is extremely mucous forming and not good for those needing to detox from a sad diet OR when reintroducing nutrition to the body which will more easily break down and digest food without mucus. Using seeds from hot peppers needed to be explained to those who have never used them. Great idea for baked tofu. Tip: Get rid of the noise, explain more in prepping, get rid of processed anything that's used in sad diet. 💙

  • I veganized these tofu nuggets by using “just egg” as the batter instead of eggs, and I added vegan creamer! They were super tasty! Keep the vegetarian/vegan Keto recipes coming!

  • I can't find the actual recipes. I've gone to the link at ketoconnect but the bolded names of each recipe are not hyperlinked to the recipe details

  • I tried the tofu nuggets and omg are they good, I have never baked tofu, and the texture changes and is similar to a chicken nugget, especially with the "breading" I used almond milk though instead of the heavy cream to save the calories so I can add cheese to the salad. Im vegetarian and am completely giving up processed fake meats after learning about the harms of processing soy and am only using organic, non gmo tofu ( only $2.50 a pack, $0.63 a serving). and this recipe is a life saver! My whole family, who arnt vegetarian, kept picking at the nuggets!
