Vegetable Juice for Weight Loss | Weight Loss Drink Remedy

1. 2 Carrots
2. 100g White Pumpkin
3. 3 Tomatoes
4. 1 Cucumber
5. 1 Beetroot
6. Green chilli + ginger (as required)
7. Black pepper (as required)
Cut all the veggies (carrots, pumpkin, tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot). Blend the cut veggies with green chilli and ginger in a mixer jar. After the blending add black pepper for more spice. And blend this again. These veggies are rich in flavonoids and fibre and also vitamins.
Serve this in the morning or during mid-meal for full benefits.
