VEGAN PIZZA RECIPE! Oil free & low fat! Plus an amazing mozzarella cheese recipe. Restaurant worthy pizza!

R E C I P E :

Dough:
2 tsp dry active yeast
15oz (approx. 2 cups) WARM water
1 tsp sugar (or 1 tbsp maple syrup)
3 3/4 cup wholemeal flour
1/2 tsp salt

-Dissolve the sugar in the warm water, then add the yeast and let stand until bubbly/foamy
-Mix yeast mixture with flour and salt
-Knead dough for 5-7 minutes, then let rest in a covered bowl for 45 minutes
– COOK AT 450F UNTIL BAKED TO YOUR LIKING

Cheese:
1/3 cup (40 oz) firm tofu
1 garlic clove
2.5 tbsp tapioca flour/starch
1 cup plant based milk
1/2 tsp salt
(Add in a few tbsp of nutritional yeast or miso paste for extra flavour!!)
