This low calorie meal prep is bean burgers with baked fries and broccoli. $1.60 for everything (included the sparkling water).

I just kept my plain and will garnish with pickles & condiments. I used a crinkle cutter for the potatoes to make oven baked fries. Dude, the vegan buttery coconut oil on these fries are inspiring!
