I'm gonna try these meals but I'm not vegan I just want something different. Any advice on how to get started without breaking the bank buying all the vegan products required? Also I live in a small town🤦🏼♂️ we have Target and Walmart but it's not all that lol can I still get everything I need from those places or should I go online with it?
use 0000 steel wool to clean that pan. I had same burned scnario and it worked. dont use the sos soap pads. trust me it werks

try cleaning your pan with baking powder or bicarbiante. Tiny amout of qater in the bottom. sprinkle a good layer of bucatb and leave for an hour or so thescrub it off
I am a meat eater my body does not work so well without vitamin d3 and creatine in my diet ,I accept the fact that animals die so that I can eat them if there was another source of real meat ie grown in a lab and cheap enough I would never eat an animal again but it feels very natural to me.I love animals and sad that they are killed but it is the circle of life there are prey and hunters ,some animals eat us and would eat me my friends i feel that life is not perfect but humans have been meat eaters for millions of years.I am really thinking about trying to go vegan though but I find that my bi polar gets worse and old sports injurys get worse when I cut out meat and I am going through physio after an accident and need to heal.may I ask what do you think about what i wrote? Im just putting my completly honest thoughts out there and welcome honest responses

Would u agree that eating meat or processed is unhealthy or healthy? If so what are your opinions, going vegan the way 2020? Been trying to go vegan and watch what I eat but I don’t know I’m worried if I go back to eating meat and processed.

Great video! I’ve been meat & dairy-free for 9 months and am an avid exerciser trying to grow in the gluteal region😅 I don’t eat a ton of food, but when I do, it’s healthy and vegan. Sometimes I eat fish, but it’s rare. Do you have any suggestions for pre-gym vegan energy and post-gym recovery? I use vegan protein powder, but I’m looking for a way to consume more useful calories in order to grow my glutes. Thanks in advance!

all of these meals look GREAT. however when i look at this i see really healthy high carb, LOW Protein meals. I can use these meals with my protein meal replacement. Nevertheless this was a very valuable video.
