VEGAN COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BALLS

Hello lovely people!

Today I am sharing my recipe for my Vegan Cookie Dough Protein Balls!

These little guys have the sickest macros and are soooooo delicious.

Ingredients:
⊗ 1/2 cup of nut butter (I did 1Tbs of peanut butter and the rest as almond butter).
⊗ 3/4 cup of plant milk (be generous, you may need a bit more to achieve the right consistency).
⊗ 1 1/4 tsp of stevia (can use any sweeter of choice).
⊗ 1 1/4 cups of vanilla protein powder.
⊗ 3/4 cup of Oat Flour.
⊗ 1/4 tsp salt
⊗ 1/4 cup of chocolate chips/cacao nibs.

This recipe made 21 balls and the macros per serve (when the recipe is prepared as shown) are:
Calories- 80
Carbohydrates- 4g
Protein- 8g
Fat- 4g
