Do u cover it in foil when u bake it?
The silver skin which is the thick connective tissue on the tenderloin should be removed by trimming it off. If not removed it will tend to shrink up and not taste as good. The fat can be left on, it will keep the tenderloin moist and add to the flavor. You can tell where the fat tissue is because it's softer than the thick silver skin. Thanks for the recipe I will give it a try.
