Taiwanese Minced Pork Rice (台湾卤肉饭)

Minced pork rice is a Taiwanese style rice dish commonly seen throughout Taiwan. Minced pork marinated and boiled in soy sauce served on top of steamed rice. Yummy~

Note:
You can add corn starch to thicken the gravy.

Ingredients (For 2)
300g minced pork meat
5 shallot, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
5 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
2 dried mushroom, soaked and cut into slices
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
1 star anise
1 ginger slice
enough hot water to cover (200ml)

1汤匙切碎的大蒜
5汤匙老抽
2汤匙糖
2干蘑菇,浸泡切成片
1汤匙酱油
1汤匙牡蛎酱
1汤匙烹饪酒
1/2茶匙五香料粉
1个八角
1姜片
足够的热水覆盖(200毫升)
