【Eng Sub】三种猪肉料理的做法/3 easy+healthy pork dinner recipes

烤猪排BBQ pork rib 1:在一个食物密封袋里面装入1茶匙盐,1/2茶匙糖,2汤匙生抽,1/2茶匙老抽,1茶匙的料酒,适量胡椒,叁瓣蒜切片,半根葱切断,三片姜。 2:将1000g左右的猪排用面粉水浸泡15分钟后,揉搓祛血水,然后洗净,放入1的袋子中。揉搓,让酱汁裹满猪排。放入冰箱中腌制30分钟。 3:30分钟后,将猪排放入烤盘中,放上迷迭香,大料,花椒,放入预热好的烤箱,180度一个半小时。 完成! 五花肉炒毛豆豆干: 1:冷冻毛豆半杯放入水中,上火焯1分钟,捞出备用 2:豆干切小块,猪肉切片。 3:国内热油,油热后加入猪肉片翻炒至断生后,加入豆干,翻炒一分钟,加入毛豆,翻炒半分钟后加入酱油,盐,胡椒。继续搅拌均匀后关火,滴入香油。 猪肉金针菇汤: 1:猪肉切肉片,放入大的容器内,加入生抽2茶匙,米酒1茶匙,姜粉1/2茶匙,盐,1/2茶匙,淀粉水1汤匙,搅拌均匀,腌制15分钟。 2:准备金针菇和菠菜各一小把。 3:将金针菇放入锅内的冷水中,然后盖盖子,开火加热。当水温温的时候,加入肉片,再大火烧开。烧开后撇去浮沫,加入菠菜,再倒入酱油1/2茶匙,醋1/4茶匙,再烧半分钟就完成啦。 Please follow and like us:
