Slimming World Syn free chicken and vegetable stir fry recipe
low calorie cooking spray
2 skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size chunks
1 medium carrot, sliced
125g baby sweetcorn
1 red pepper
80g sugar snap peas,
350g pot Slimming World Spring Onion, Garlic and Ginger Sauce, (available from Iceland) cooked according to pack instructions
Heat a large, non-stick wok until hot, spray with low calorie cooking spray and fry the chicken for 6 – 7 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Reheat the wok and spray with low calorie cooking spray and add the carrots and sweetcorn. Add a splash of water if it starts to stick. Fry for 2 more minutes, then add the peppers and sugar snap peas and cook for a few more minutes.
Add the chicken back in with Slimming World Spring Onion, Garlic and Ginger Sauce. Bring to a simmer and heat through for 2 more minutes. Serve straight away with rice or noodles.
