SLIMMING WORLD STYLE Rich Beef Stew

Ingredients:
• 500g lean beef steak
• 2 Garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
• 2 Onions (peeled and finely chopped)
• 4 carrots (peeled and chopped)
• 600ml Beef Stock
• 1 bayleaf
• 2tsp dried mixed herbs
• You can also add chopped celery, chopped mushrooms or anything else that you fancy.

Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high until the meat and the vegetables are cooked through and tender.

A meal so simple, healthy and tasty, you’ll want more.

Serve with mustard mash (mash potato mixed with 150ml beef stock and 1 level tsp of mustard — this can be varied to taste) and cabbage.

Free on extra easy, freezer friendly.

If you dont have a slow cooker, put all ingredients in a casserole dish and oven cook until cooked through and tender
