Ingredients:
• 3 Tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 onion small dice
• 3 garlic cloves minced
• 3 oz turkey (nitrate free)
• 1 tomato large dice
• 3oz white wine
• Splash olive oil
• 3 eggs scrambled
• 3 cups cooked quinoa
• 1oz soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp sesame oil
• 3 scallions chopped
• 1/2 carrot shredded
• Season with soy to taste
