  • THanks doc!! I am a big beef broccoli fan so i will be making this… I'm LOVING the Steel Cut Oatmeal suggestion you made the other day for me. It really does taste awesome and i don't feel hungry at lunch at all!! Is Oatmeal something i can eat after the band or do people say it sticks?
