Tom, good to see you back, we've missed you. However, I must say I really hope you are not jumping onto the "gluten free" bandwagon. Far less than one percent of the population actually has celiac disease, but a relatively large portion of the population now wants to be "gluten free" for no good reason whatsoever. I really hope you have not decided to support this silliness.
Hey Chef Tom. Just wanted to say, I recently discovered you and I really love your videos. Thanks for all the work you do!
delicius! thank you tom
Wheat and gluten free? Christmas came early this year! Thank you for this recipe, it's going on next week's menu. 🙂
This looks fantastic Tom! Thanks!
Larry
I'm wondering what kind of pan that is. I've got a carbon steel skillet, but that one seems a bit different.
Hi chef, I am about to go grocery shopping to start cooking chinese food. I am going to get oyster sauce, black bean garlic sauce(don't know which brand is best), rice wine, hoisin sauce, and plum sauce… Anything else I should get? Or maybe you could make a video? Thanks 🙂
+Tom Lin you are awesome!
