Pork Chops, Potatoes & Onions

My mom used to make this with beef but she makes it altogether in a frying pan. Boiling potatoes in a separate pot makes it easier and faster to cook. Searing Pork Chops and baking it seems to preserve the flavor and makes it very tender, not dry at all. It takes about an hour or less for the whole process from prep to cooking. Enjoy!
