Just tried cauliflower rice for the 1st time this week, and i was really shocked that i could not tell the difference at all, so next step will be to trick my son…lol. Imma make a stir fry and see if he can tell the difference.

Good to see pork prep. Cheaper than beef! I know it's not as "elegant" for the preps, but probably most practical to cut the pork (who want's to deal with and dirty a knife and cutting board each time?) — and probably even stir in with the veggies (I get the cut-up pieces might not set well with microwaving unless blanketed or buffered by the moisture of the veggies!)
