Protein Oreo Cheesecakes Recipe!

Macros per slice:
128 Cals, 11g Carbs, 4.5g Fat, 11.5g Protein

️Crust Ingredients:
130g Oreo Thins (about 18 Oreo Thins)
100g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
28g Light Butter (has 5g fat per 14g)
15g Whey/Casein Blend Vanilla Protein Powder
15g Brownie Batter Protein Cookie Butter Powder (
2g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice

️Protein Cheesecake Ingredients:
220g Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 Whole Eggs (can sub 100g Egg Whites)
227g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
60g Whey/Casein Blend Vanilla Protein Powder
8g Zero Cal Sweetener of your choice
3 Crushed Oreo Thins
