No-Bake Protein Balls, A Healthy Yummy Snack

Trust me, it’s a game changer.
I LOVE SNACKS! But not the low-energy crash that comes with snacking on processed food snacks. Here’s my tutorial for making protein balls – a snack that helps with muscle recovery and gives you energy instead of making you sluggish.
REQUIRED INGREDIENTS *this is the foundation of the ball:
Pitted Dates (soaked in hot water)
Nuts (your choice. I used Walnuts and Almonds)
Shredded Unsweetened Coconut or Oats
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS *this is where you can have fun with flavors:
Protein powder (choose wisely! some have a very strong flavor!)
dried fruits such as cranberries
