Minute Steak and a Super Quick Healthy Salad
This is fast food and it’s low-fat, low-carb, gluten-free, high protein + it takes just ten minutes to make. In this clip I use a meat mallet but if you don’t have a meat mallet that’s fine you can use a can of beans or a rolling pin to bash the meat out as thinly and you can. Beef can also be interchanged for chicken in this recipe.

Gotta say, for a quick lunch, this is perfect. A great dressing too. I think as well, that a lot more people are coming around to anchovies, after realising that when there used properly like this they give a great flavor, not a smack in the face salty fishiness. I still love em whole on my pizza though.. haha.

pretty astounded that this clip has only been viewed 25 times (at time of writing) and already one person has clicked on "dislike". I see absolutely no reason for it. The salad looks great, the whole thing took just 5 minutes and looks like an excellent lunch. What's not to like? Some people need to get a grip.
