Minute Steak and a Super Quick Healthy Salad

This is fast food and it’s low-fat, low-carb, gluten-free, high protein + it takes just ten minutes to make. In this clip I use a meat mallet but if you don’t have a meat mallet that’s fine you can use a can of beans or a rolling pin to bash the meat out as thinly and you can. Beef can also be interchanged for chicken in this recipe.
