Minced beef fry

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS & METHOD

300 gm minced beef
onion – 1 medium chopped
tomato-1
garlic- 3 cloves crushed
ginger- 1 inch crushed
green chilli – 1
cardamon – 2 small slit
cumin seeds- 1 tsp
kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp
coriander powder – 1 tsp
cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
garam masala – 1/2 tsp
tomato paste – 2 tbsp
frozen peas – 1 cup
tomato ketchup- 1 tbsp
coriander leaves – for frying and garnishing
water –
salt –

Place a pan and pour sun flower oil fry the cumin seeds and cardamon pods. Let it splutter now add onion on medium heat. Cook till onion is softened , add ginger garlic and green chilli. After sauteing, add all the spices to the onion mixture. Fry till the onion forms aromatic over low heat. Now add some water around 5 tbsp – and you have to roast the masala so well. At least 3 to 4 times you have to repeat this process. Now add the remaining ingredients and saute and cook by closing the lid for 15 mts in low flame. If you prefer curry version you can add some more water at this stage and serve in a curry version. If you prefer fry don’t add water let it cook and dry. serve it warm.
