This is simple recipe of Chicken Mince curry with bottle gourd. We all need to eat a good balance of protein and vegetables. But, sometimes getting the vegetables along with the protein is a challenge. I love cooking it together as they pick up the taste from each other. The flavours of the chicken curry get into the bottle gourd and vice versa. This chicken and bottle gourd curry goes really well with rice but you can also eat it like a soup by adding some shirataki noodles or zucchini noodles. 2 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
3 Tbsp Onions
1 1/2 Tbsp Tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
Coriander Leaves
1 t Turmeric Powder
1 T Chilli Powder
1 T Coriander Powder
3/4 t Cumin Powder
1 T Garam Masala
1/2 t Black Pepper Powder
1/2 t Fennel Seed Powder
