Mango lassi is a healthy Indian smoothie made with fresh mangoes, yogurt and milk.
Ingredients:
1 Mango (200 gms)
1 cup low fat curd/yogurt
1/2 cup skimmed milk
1/2 cup ice cubes.
Seeds of 3 cardamon
A sprig of mint leaves to garnish
