Mango and Pineapple Juice

Here’s a nutritious punch for stocking vitamin a and c stores needed for protecting your eyes and skin from harmful substances causing infections.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes 3 glasses

Ingredients
2 cups mangoes
1 cup chopped pineapple
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
a few ice-cubes

For The Garnish
a few mint leaves (phudina)

Method
1. Combine all the ingredients along with 2 cups of water and ice-cubes and blend in a mixer till smooth.
2. Pour equal quantities of the juice into 3 individual glasses.
3. Serve immediately garnished with mint leaves.
