  • oh my gorsh I have all the ingredients to make your Funfetti dip, except THE FUNFETTI MIX *insert crying here*… Speaking of Apple Nachos have you tried Heather Greigh's 1 point PNB hack?? Spoon Out 16grams REGULAR creamy PNB, mix in 2 TBSP PB2 powder and mix in 1 1/2 Tbsp Water, Stir it up, VIOLA you have a 1 pt per tbsp PNB and not gonna lie, it's a GAME CHANGER !!!!! Melt that a bit and drizzle on those Apple Nachos, OMG *insert drooling here*. I use it to make a 4 pt PB&J sandwich. 1 tbsp PB hack + 2 tsp Smucker Natural Strawberry + 2 slices Sarah Lee Delight Bread. BAM BAM you got PB&J back in your life ; )

  • Great video. Love all your dessert. I am huge Apple nacho fan, eat them all the time. I also love a Chocolate rice cake topped with some pb2 along with caramel & chocolate sauce and sometimes some chocolate chips.

  • I add some extract to the cool whip when I make the “ice cream sandwiches” add some almond extract or mint extract to give different flavors. Sooo good!

  • I have been making and freezing mini waffles. 1pt each. 1/2 cup Kodiak waffle mix (I use chocolate chip), 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 egg, 3 egg whites, 2T nonfat Greek yogurt. I add vanilla extract, dash of lemon extract and butter or cake batter extract. I get 8 waffle from my mini waffle maker and freeze. Delish.

In tonight's video you gave the part of the recipe with the cake mix and the cheesecake pudding but not the yogurt. Thank you! By the way, I looked online for it too and I'm not able to come up with one that has the exact ingredients that you give. Love you!

  • For my sweet snack tonight i made a zero point Faux Banana split.
    1/2. Banana
    2 tablespoons of Fresh strawberries
    1 tsp of sugar free strawberry jam
    1 tbsp of Walden farms coffee creamer
    1 tsp of sugar free Hershey's syrup.
    And crumbled 4 peanuts on top
    It really tasted like the real thing😊

    I like taking the pre-made pudding cups and mixing in some PB2 and top-with some whipped topping. I eat it that way or dip some bananas to bulk up the dessert. So yummy! Cheers and thanks for your awesome vids!

  • I got and 18 wedge apple slicer. I love it. I have dessert every night. I make chocolate chip Kodiak waffles, fruit, ready whip non-fat whipped topping. So good I did the Pillsbury sugar-free vanilla cake, with four no sugar added pineapple cups, three eggs. Mixed it together, I made nine extra large muffins, with a maraschino cherry on top of each one. Four points. So good. They're pretty big, and dense… Yummm…
