This recipe is for two servings

INGREDIENTS
1 thumb sized knob of ginger (minced)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
8 oz of chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 TBSPN curry powder
1 TBSPN cumin
2 to 4 cups of chicken broth (depending on how much you like)
1 large can of coconut water
any vegetables of your choice

Serve with rice noodles or starch of your choice.

Garnish soup with cilantro, green onions and greek yogurt to taste.
