Ingredients
600g sausages
125ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk
250ml Beef Stock
x1 onion ~ 150g
x5 Fresh tomato
x2 Carrots (250g)
2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp – 1 tsp garlic powder
25g raisins/sultanas
salt and pepper (to taste)
10g Sweetener (optional)
