LOW CARB VEGAN🌱 / LOW CALORIES😬 WHAT I EAT | BIKINI PREP
UPDATE: I woke up this morning having hit my 1lb loss goal for the week meaning I will be upping my calories to ensure I do not continue to lose too quickly. I have gone from 1660 to 1795 – adding an additional 15g of fat. I will continue to monitor both my weight and how I actually look and make adjustments where necessary. 🙂
