My recipes:

Pumpkin Cake:
-1/2 box sf yellow cake mix
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup applesauce (or 1 single applesauce)
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-1/2 cup water
-3 tbl vanilla
-1 tsp butter extract
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 container fat free cool whip (thawed)
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-1 tsp vanilla
**Bake cake per instructions on box recipe. Makes 9 slices. 130 calories or 3 SP per serving

Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls:
-1/2 cup self rising flour
-1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 tsp butter extract
-1 package sugar free vanilla pudding
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree
-1 tsp cinnamon
**Roll dough, spread filling, roll into cinnamon rolls. Cut into 6 equal parts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Top with fat free cool whip or use the frosting recipe below!
Cinnamon Rolls are 75 calories each or 2 SP with fat free cool whip! Points/calories change if you use the frosting recipe below:

Cream Cheese Frosting:
-1/4 cup fat free cream cheese
-1/8 cup dannon fit and light yogurt (vanilla)
-1 tsp vanilla
*Whip and spread on cinnamon rolls.
