Low Calorie Sugar Kalakand

Servings – 3 – 4

INGREDIENTS
Milk – 1.5 litres
Lemon Juice – 2 tablepoons
Water
Milk – 1.5 litres
Prepared Paneer
Equal Sugar – 20 gramsPistachios – for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. Take a heavy skillet, add 1.5 litre milk and bring it to a boil.
2. Now, add 2 tablepoons lemon juice and stir continuously until the milk curdles.
3. Then, transfer the Mixture in a muslin cloth and squeeze well.
4. Now, wash it with water and squeeze well again.
5. 1. Take a heavy skillet, add 1.5 litre milk and bring it to a boil.
6. Stir continuously until the milk reduce to its half of the quantity.
7. Now add the prepared mixture in it and mix it well.
8. Add 20 grams equal sugar and mix it well.
9. Cook until the mixture thickens.
10. Now the transfer the mixture into a tray and spread it evenly.
11. Cut it into pieces.
12. Add some pistachios on it.
13. Serve.
