Ingredients:
1 cucumber
4 slices of deli ham
1 tbs of lime juice
½ cup of fat free plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp of peanut butter
1 tsp of minced garlic
½ tbs of curry powder
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, curry powder, lime juice, garlic and peanut butter. Place slices of ham on each cucumber. Roll and add a tooth pick.

Go vegan for God sake, not need yo restrict any calories on high carb low fat vegan diet, just eat as much fruit as you care for, add some veggies and ditch the poor dead animals and products.
