Low Calorie Meal for One! :) Creamy Vanilla Banana Oatmeal! Only 245 Calories!!
100 calories: 1 plain oatmeal packet ( I used Quaker brand)
50 calories: 1/2 medium banana
50 calories: 6 tablespoons of egg whites (I used Aldi Brand)
45 calories: 1 tablespoon of sugar
Vanilla: 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon: sprinkle on top 🙂
Total Calories: only 245!! 🙂 Oh happy day !
This meal is filling and hits home with lots of protein from the egg , and good complex carbs from the oatmeal and creamy energizing carbs from the banana which is also full of nutrients like potassium. You can eat this meal anytime of day. It especially goes well on any chilly day and makes the house smell fabulous!!

I eat about 1500 calories per day and work out 4 times per week for one hour and am able to lose weight by eating real food, the recipes are very quick and easy for our busy life styles and I still have room for chocolate and cookies admittedly everyday 🙂 I have lost 10 pounds in 2 months.
This is not a diet but living sensibly without deprivation. I have not given up any food group 🙂 I eat proteins, carbs and fats and enjoy them all 🙂 Life has to be fulfilling, and enjoyable and satisfying and so does what I eat 🙂 I am not starving or drinking shakes or only juicing or only eating raw foods.
