LOW CALORIE MEAL || EATING ON A DIET || BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS
Preheat the oven to 400 degreeS.
Spread out the vegetables, and lay the chicken thighs flat over the veggies.
Place the garlic cloves throughout the pan; these will be removed later.
Pour the olive oil all over the vegetables and chicken. Sprinkle the seasoning on the chicken and veggies.
Cook for 30 minutes. Poke a fork into the meat to check that the juices run clear and the center of the chicken is cooked; it should not be pink.
Once cooked, remove the garlic cloves.
