Ingredients
1 teaspoon Ghee
1 Cardamom, crushed
1 tablespoon Cashew Nut
1 cup Carrot, grated
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoon Jaggery powder
Pistachio

Recipe 2: Brown Rice Kheer
Ingredients
500 ml Milk
2 Cardamom, crushed
1/4 cup Brown Rice
2 tablespoon Powdered Jaggery
Dry Fruits, roasted

Recipe 3: Wheat Halwa
Ingredients
3/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Powdered Jaggery
1/4 cup Desi Ghee
Cashew Nuts
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe 4: Walnut Dessert

1 tablespoon Walnut, broken
5-6 Dates, seedless
1 tablespoon Honey

1/3 cup Poha (Beaten Rice)

1/3 cup Milk, warm
