LOW CALORIE CHOCOLATE SNACKS 

I’m 1 week out from my photoshoot now and cravings for chocolate are now through the roof. My appetite resembles that of a grizzly bear coming out of hibernation 

As a complete chocolate fanatic there’s a couple of snacks I find ridiculously useful to help my sweet tooth 

My chocolate oats and also a protein powder icing! 

Ingredients required 
* Protein Powder 
* Cocoa Powder 
* Low Cal Sweetener 
* Oats 
* Skimmed milk 
Easy steps for this 1 

1. Combine protrin powder, sweetener & cocoa with a little water – Good to go! 
2. Make oats – 50G Oats for 250ML milk – cook for 3 mins in the microwave and then add in cocoa and sweetener
