Low Calorie Chicken Strips

I don’t know about you but I love chicken strips. There is something about them that brings me back to my childhood. I never eat them anymore because I now realize how unhealthy they are for you. That is why I decided to create my own healthier version by cutting 95% of the fat. I’m not kidding.

Ingredients include:
1 egg
Almond flour
Oats
Your favorite spices
Chicken breast
