Low Calorie Chicken Alfredo with Linguine Noodles

Chicken Alfredo pasta is one of most craved comfort dishes and like most of them it is calorie rich. This chicken alfredo with linguine noodles recipe is creamy and tastes rich with fraction of the calories that you will find in any other chicken alfredo recipes. Just try it and see for yourself. Ingredients
– 8 oz of linguini (you can use any pasta you like)
– 8 oz of Roasted Chicken breast
– 1 cup milk
– 3 oz half and half
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 1 tbs butter
– 1 tbs all purpose flour
– dash of: dried parsley, oregano and basil
– salt and pepper to taste
