Today I have my Low Calorie Breakfast Meal Prep ~ Bacon, Egg & Cheese Wrap for you. I have all of the ingredients I used listed below. The ingredients listed are what I use per wrap, this way you can prep as many or as few as you like. I hope you enjoy it. xo – Jessica

Ingredients For These Wraps:

1/2 Flatbread Wrap (I use Fit & Active from Aldi)
1 egg
1/2 slice cooked bacon
7 gram shredded cheddar
Cooking Spray
