What monster would use sugar free maple syrup? 🙁
i'm thinking no coconut I can't eat it. Cashew floor to replace almond flour can't eat almonds either. Maybe golden syrup or powered keto friendly sweetener. I would even dare say say some dates or fig but just enough to taste but i probes wouldn't put any sweetener in it cause cashews are naturally sweet. Don't care too much for cinnamon so I probes would skip that or use another flavor I like like maybe some ground vanilla bean or nutmeg?
Can I add whey to this to increase the protein content?

Can I substitute the syrup with melted coconut oil? And can I substitute the cashews with macadamia nuts?
Edit: I have seen your other reply with the recipe to a sugar free syrup so will this work with just coconut oil, water, vanilla extract, and butter because I don't mess with artificial sweeteners?
I'm watching your stuff but I wonder, what to do when I don't have oven or microwave.. and almond flour and other keto-staples are hard to find.. I really can't wait to go back to North America!! hahaha please tell me what I can make with meats, the single kind of cheddar cheese available to me, and most common veggies. #thestruggleisreal
