Keto cooking how to make low carb beef stroganoff

Well friends, today we’re taking a dive off into the snowy lands of Russia for our meal choice. I’m going to be show you a simple low carb recipe for delicious Beef stroganoff. it’s a personal favorite of mine, and I consider it my own personal comfort food. While people are kind of murky about it’s origins, it’s a Russian peasant dish meant to be simple, tasty, and most of all cheap to prepare. A lot of us only have two sources for stroganoff, hamburger helper, and facny noodle heavy carb laden restaurant style. well, this recipe I’ve concocted keeps all the flavour, with While cutting out a good deal of the carbs.

A note, a good cut of beef can be used, but a cheaper cut can be used with the addition of more stock, and braising time for the beef..

dification of cooking time. ie, if it’s a tough piece of meat leave it braise in slight more stock.

so, if you follow these low carb instructions you are guaranteed to have a nice tasty supper.

for this, we’re going to need.

1 pd steak cut in finger size strips.
1 large purple onion
4 cups sliced white mushrooms
3/4 cups sour cream
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tbs butter
2 tbs oil
salt pepper. to taste

1/2 cup chicken/ or turkey, or beef stock.
splash of Worcester sauce
