Important: Work with the dough while its still warm, melty & just made, cheese will harden if you wait too long and could fall apart while shaping. These came out beautifully! Looked and tasted amazing. Be aware that this recipe calls for way, way too much meat. More than leftovers. Made like 3-4 times as much as needed. I'd at least half the meat next time. That said, best keto recipe I've got to date. And the music… Titles please!
